Gentle yoga yoga

An introspective practice centered on attentive listening to oneself, imbued with a particular kindness, characterizes gentle yoga. Often defined by its gentleness, its moderate intensity, its non-exhausting nature, its minimalist approach, its serenity, its meditative dimension, and its regenerating effect, gentle yoga focuses on connective tissues such as ligaments, bones, joints. and cartilage.

Unlike many other styles of yoga, the emphasis is not on building muscle or developing endurance.

Prenatal Yoga Classes

This course is designed specifically for future mothers, guiding them throughout their pregnancy according to the method of Dr. De Gasquet.

You have the opportunity to participate from the beginning until the end of the pregnancy.

No prior yoga experience is necessary to take this class.
